Typical Italian cuisine dishes

The menus are simple and aimed at those who are curious to deepen their cooking practice.

The course lasts 2 and a half/3 hours, at the end of which the guests will eat what they produce themselves. The cooking class takes place in an atmosphere of conviviality and joy and offers different menus to be chosen by the customer, to be agreed in advance with the Chef.

Among the proposals of the course, in addition to pizza, there is handmade pasta: umbrichelli, typical of the area, or ravioli and gnocchi handmade by expert Chefs.  Umbrichelli, a traditional pasta from Orvieto, is made by hand using only flour and water, patiently shaped into long, delicious strands. No eggs, just simple flavors that pair perfectly with traditional sauces.

Tradition, quality and passion in every dish.

During the cooking class, guest will learn how to make them from scratch. This immersive in Italian culinary experience ends with a family-style meal, where guests savor what they have cooked themselves, accompanied by an excellent bottle of DOC wine from the area.
